A 12-year-old NYC kid plans the ultimate Bar Mitzvah. However, those plans go to shit when his parents tell him that they’re getting divorced and that he has to move halfway across the country. With no friends and his parents at each other’s throats his plan for the perfect Bar Mitzvah is not going well (based off the broadway musical).
